SUNRISE AGRONOMY DIVISION
Sunrise Cooperative’s agronomy division consists of 4 locations and an ammonia satellite. The agronomy division has grown exponentially over the years through ongoing sales efforts, and merging and acquiring companies that have decided to exit the fertilizer business. Sunrise Agronomy offers an extensive range of agronomy products and services such as Total Precision artners (TPP). TPP includes several components, such as grid sampling, mapping, and yield maps. It also includes the Winfield R-7 Tool with satelite imagery, and Precision Planting.
Sunrise is a full service Ag Leader dealer with in house sales technicians and installers. Service and consulting growers are the staples of our business, with over 25 CCA Board Certified Agronomists and a Certified Professional Agronomist on staff. We offer a complete line of custom application services as well as delivery of bulk, dry, and liquid products.
Sunrise agronomy has on demand seed and seed treating at 3 of our locations, as well as multiple bulk seed delivery trucks for direct delivery to your farm or field. With a 1.5 million gallon 28% UAN storage tank at Ballville, and two 1.5 million gallon tanks at Crestline, we can ensure consistent supply to our patrons. Crestline Agronomy has a 40,000 ton dry fertilizer plant, while Norwalk Agronomy has a new 30,000 ton dry fertilizer warehouse. We utilize Land O’Lakes as our crop protection and seed supplier, offering products by Winfield and Croplan Genetics seed, as well as Asgrow, DeKalb and Mycogen seed. CHS is the majority supplier of our crop nutrients, which are sourced on a worldwide basis.
Sunrise Agronomy division’s goal is to provide our patrons with the best trained people, quality services, latest technology, equipment, and facilities to meet today’s evolving agricultural world.
